I'm an approachable qualified BACP Accredited counsellor with over 15 years of counselling experience. I work with adults with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship Issues, Stress, Rape and Childhood Sexual Abuse. I offer a safe, non-judgemental confidential space for you to share and explore your thoughts and feelings. My work can include helping you to manage difficult feelings, offering a different perspective on your challenges and helping you to find your own new solutions to your problems, building confidence and self-esteem/self-worth.
My integrative (relational) approach allows me to draw on the theories that are most suited to your individual needs, and the therapeutic relationship is as important as my expertise. My specialism is working with Rape and Childhood Sexual Abuse. I worked at Guildford Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (RASASC) for 7 years.
